"Kopi O Satu, Kasi Kaw Punya!"

One day, while cleaning the used cup, a customer came into the coffee house.
“Hey barista, how much for a cup of coffee?” says a customer.
“Two dollars,” replies the barista, “and refills are free.”
“Great. Then I’ll have a refill,” answers the customer.

Coffee are great. It makes you stay awake, and obviously very tasty too. That's what makes coffee as the favorite beverage for millions of people all over the world, including me. There is nothing that can compare the taste and aroma of a cup of fine coffee. Well, most, if not all, know what is coffee. It's black, it's smell good, and it's tasty. Lets take a look of famous variants of coffee.

Black Coffee

Black Coffee a.k.a Boring Coffee

The most popular yet boring coffee. It served without cream or milk and can be found almost everywhere.

Ekspresso

A shot of ekspresso

Variance of coffee brewed using special machine. The hot water under pressure is forced through finely ground coffee, producing a high concentrated beverage with very strong taste. Ekspresso has a thicker consistency, higher concentration of suspended solid, and also consist of crema (special reddish-brown foam). A cup of drip brewed coffee normally contains around 130 mg caffein, while the same amount of ekspresso contains 240 mg. Therefore, ekspresso normally serve in shot (small size cup serving).

Cappucino

Who put fern in my coffee!
An Italian beverage with creamy and smooth taste. Easily recognized by the frothy milk top and sprinkled with chocolate powder. The proportions for this variant is 1/3 ekspresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and 1/3 froth. Given a skilled barista serve your coffee, you will get nice looking artistic shape at the top of your coffee.

Latte

Can I not drink this?
A latte consist of 1/ 3 ekspresso, 2/3 steamed milk and thin layer of smooth froth. This beverage is fairly similar with cappucino. The only difference are latte have much thinner top layer and didn't served with chocolate powder.

Mocha

You two, don't take my drink!
Mocha basically a latte with chocolate powder. Normally cocoa powder will be used but some varieties use chocolate syrup.

Nescafe

No, it's not hot at all. Ouch!
Yes, this is a coffee, not a new breed of beverage. Nescafe is a brand of instant coffee made by Nestle and one of the common beverage for students and lazy guys (Ouch!). Most students 'forced' to drink nescafe especially during examination. Open the packet, pour to hot water, and you are good to go.

Ice blended

Ratio 1:4 - 1 mouth: 4 ice blended. Nice!
It's good while hot, and even better when cold. Nowadays you can easily buy coffee flavored ice blended almost everywhere and it taste really good.

Caffeinated

Coffee but without the benefits and disadvantages of coffee?
Decaffeinated coffee basically is a coffee without caffeine. The beans are steamed, then rinsed with solvent that extracts the caffeine from the coffee bean, leaving only 1-2% of the caffeine inside the bean. However, due to the extensive process of removing the caffeine, most of the flavor of the coffee gone thus leaving the coffee less tasty.
