Coffee is not just a drink, it's an art. Coffee is about appreciating even the smallest things and always moves towards perfection. Today I would like to share with your more about coffee.

Barista

Barista is the Italian term for coffee maker. Since coffee lovers (not addicts) really concern about the taste and quality of their coffee, coffee shops with skilled barista often get more customers. The crucial knowledge of a barista includes the correct operation, maintenance and programming of the machine, grinding and tamping methods, extraction times, water temperature and quality, micro milk frothing, free pouring, latte art, roasting, coffee plant cultivation, drying methods, correct storage, renewable methods of disposal, recycling of the coffee and packaging used. Impressive, huh?

Latte art is the skill of pouring steamed milk into a shot of ekspresso that creates a design on the top of the coffee. Common pattern including heart shape and fern using free pouring style. Etching style allow the barista to do more complex shapes but it won't last long.

Kopi Luwak, the most expensive coffee in the world is originated from Indonesia. This coffee bean is eaten by common palm civet , partly digested and then excreted by the animal. The process of digestion inside the animal add a unique flavor to the beans, removing the bitterness, thus producing an authentic coffee bean. Eww..

Despite the side effects of coffee, we can't deny the advantages. There are pros and cons for consuming this beverage, to take it or not, everything is in your hand.

Fact 1#

Caffeine in your coffee makes you stay awake, but later you will suffer from fatigue and sleeps even more than you normally do.

Fact 2#

Consuming coffee will heighten your awareness and alertness, but when the effects of the coffee wears, everything will be lower than you normally have.

Fact 3#

Caffeine increase intellectual activity, but at the same time interferes with adenosine, brain chemical that normally have calming effect.

Fact 4#

Coffee have four times anti-oxidants than green tea that makes is a great anti-depression, but coffee also may caused stress to become worst for those who drink it everyday.
